Went to view a place today. How should I put it? S.H.O.C.K.E.D
A 3 rooms flat with just basic furnishing and bad interior deco is asking for SGD1500!!! Moreover it's not a shelter block and lift level. God, what happen to the housing market now a days?
It's like it's forcing everyone to get a place of his own. Why rent when I can buy with the anount of money I am spending?
